The 87jl Platform is strictly intended for use by individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. 87jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

If 87jl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 — whether through the account registration process, KYC verification, or any other means — the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and the personal data concerned will be securely deleted as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to any legal retention obligation that applies.

87jl reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance from the NPC, changes to 87jl's data processing activities, or other relevant developments. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via:

• Email notification sent to the address registered with your 87jl account;
• A prominent notice displayed on the 87jl Platform upon your next login;
• Publication of the updated Policy at 87jl.org/privacy-policy with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Where amendments result in material changes to how 87jl processes your personal data in a way that requires your consent, 87jl will seek fresh consent before applying the amended processing.
